- WhatsApp Business for appointment communication if you contact us via WhatsApp
- CRM for managing patient enquiries and follow-ups
We do not share your medical records, treatment details or the content of your enquiries with any advertising platform. All third parties are bound by data protection agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain patient records as required by Bahrain healthcare regulations. Website enquiry data is retained for 2 years. You may request deletion at any time.
